Personal Check & Business Check Policy
Your Checks are Welcome!
Sibley's Mobile Notary Services only accepts personal checks and business checks under
the following conditions:
1) If your personal check or business check is returned or rejected for any reason by
your bank, you expressly authorize your bank account to be electronically debited for the
amount of the check, PLUS a processing fee of $25.00 or the maximum amount allowed
by law.
2) The use of your personal check or business check as payment for notary services, is
your acknowledgement and acceptance of this policy and its terms and conditions.
Sibley's Mobile Notary Services reserves the right to refuse payment by personal check
or business checks at our discretion.
